Pistole Determination

On February 4, 2011, TSA Administrator John Pistole  announced that after an exhaustive review of data collected from TSA managers, employees and stakeholders, he decided to grant partial collective bargaining rights to the TSA workforce.

  1. Its now almost April and yet still no contract. Pretty frustrating at this point. I realize TSA is fighting tooth and nail not to have a contract in place. Meanwhile the same old crap continues everyday. Officers at PHL getting fired with absolutely no proof of wrong doing and nothing you guys can do to help. Like I said pretty frustrating specially when the union repsonds that they have little success in matters involing termination as was done here at PHL. I can only sit and wait and see if you guys are ever going to do anything at all. Can’t wait to see this contract that we are all waiting for. Sure hope its worth the wait.
